Air compression massager manufacturer & OEM supplier
Wenzhou, Zhejiang · China

Manufacturing

Pumps to packing, under one roof.

Seven process steps run inside our own workshop, so configuration and quality are controlled from the component level up.

Process

How a massager is built.

The same in-house component capability also supports OEM/ODM projects: custom programs, valves and controller configurations start here.

Discuss an OEM project
  1. Air pumps

Miniature air pumps are developed and produced in house — the heart of every air compression device.

  2. Air valves

Air valves control chamber inflation and release sequences for each massage mode.

  3. Bladder cutting & sewing

Air bladders and textile wraps are cut and sewn on our own lines for consistent fit and air paths.

  4. Controllers

Controllers with pumps, valves, batteries and programs are assembled and configured in house.

  5. Final assembly

Wraps, air hoses and controllers are assembled into finished products.

  6. Air-tightness testing

Every unit passes air-tightness and function testing before packing.

  7. Packing & dispatch

Stock production enables 24-hour dispatch and 72-hour delivery arrangements.
